Bosnian center Andrej Acimovic has entered the transfer portal after one season with IU basketball.
The 6-foot-10 Acimovic never played for Indiana. He arrived in the late summer of 2025 and missed the Puerto Rico summer tour as well.
He’ll be a redshirt freshman at his next step.
His departure leaves Trent Sisley as the only returning scholarship player from the 2025-26 team.
Prior to coming to Bloomington, Acimovic averaged 17.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game in the U19 ABA League, the top league in the Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia region.
