Bloomington will once again be a feature of the college football world as FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff pregame show sets up shop outside Memorial Stadium on Saturday morning for the 2026 season opener.
Here are some of the details to know for the pregame show:
- The show will air live from the South Lawn, just outside the south end of Memorial Stadium.
- At 7:30 a.m. ET, the Big Noon Kickoff tailgate opens. This is your opportunity to get a prime spot in the fan pit to see the live show and possibly be seen on national television. Lines to get in generally form well in advance.
- At 9:00 the Barstool pregame show will begin on site. Former IU center Mike Katic is part of that crew.
- At 10:00 the Big Noon Kickoff show will go live on FOX.
- FOX says they’re giving away game tickets, food, hats, and $500 for the best sign.

Under the direction of head coach Curt Cignetti, IU has become a regular host for the national pregame shows.
Indiana hosted Big Noon Kickoff ahead of its home game against UCLA in 2025, and two more times in 2024, against Nebraska and Michigan.
ESPN’s College Gameday came to Bloomington in 2024 for the IU game against Washington. That game featured Tayven Jackson playing quarterback for the Hoosiers. On Saturday he’ll be leading the way for North Texas against Indiana.
“Big Noon Kickoff” is a college football pregame show on FOX featuring analysts Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn and Dave Portnoy. Led by host Rob Stone, the group gives in-depth analysis on the biggest games of the day with special attention to the “Big Noon Saturday” contest on FOX.
Indiana and North Texas kick off at Noon ET inside Memorial Stadium in Bloomington.
