The Big Ten Network is releasing condensed 10 to 15 minute cuts of Big Ten basketball games from the 2021-22 season. Next up was a record breaking night.  Trayce Jackson-Davis scored a career high and Assembly Hall record 43 points on 18-of-24 shooting. Steve Alford had the previous record. Marshall appeared reluctant to double team the junior big man until he had exceeded the 30-point mark.  At that point he was effective passing out of the post and had 4 assists.  Jackson-Davis also had 5 blocks on the other end. Watch below the sophomore season highlights of 2024 forward Derik Queen. A teammate of IU 2022 signees Jalen Hood-Schifino and Malik Reneau, the Montverde Academy product played in a reserve role for the national powerhouse in 2021-22. Queen is currently a 5-star and the No. 6 player in the 2024 class according to the 247Sports Composite. Watch below more than five minutes of junior season highlights of class of 2023 forward K.J. Evans. According to the 247Sports Composite, the 6-foot-9 Evans is a 5-star prospect ranked No. 3 nationally in the class of 2023. A high school teammate of 2022 signees Jalen Hood-Schifino and Malik Reneau at Montverde Academy, Indiana is hoping to bring Evans on campus for an official visit this summer.  Along with IU, Evans is considering Arizona, Kentucky, Oregon, Auburn and UCLA. Former IU star Brian Evans joined The Ride with JMV to discuss the return of Trayce Jackson-Davis, NIL, the state of the IU basketball, and much more. The native of Terre Haute, Ind., earned letters in men’s basketball from 1993-96 and is one of only 12 Hoosiers to win Big Ten Most Valuable Player honors in men’s basketball. Evans earned the award after averaging 21.2 points and 7.1 rebounds as a senior in 1996, capping a career that included 1,701 points and 750 rebounds. Below are more than 10 minutes of highlights from the senior season of incoming Indiana freshman point guard Jalen Hood-Schifino. Hood-Schifino was a consensus top-25 prospect by the four major national recruiting sites. The 6-foot-5 native of Pittsburgh is the highest rated incoming recruit in the Big Ten, and led his Montverde (Fla.) Academy team to its sixth GEICO High School national championship and second straight. He scored 14 points and hit three triples in the Jordan Brand Classic.
