Kyle Schwarber sent his 300th career home run out of the park in classic Kyle Schwarber style.
The former Hoosier baseball star crushed his milestone homer off the facing of the upper deck at Coors Field in Colorado Monday evening.
The distance of Schwarber’s 300th was estimated to be 466 feet, with an exit velocity of 109.3.
The solo home run came in the top of the ninth inning and gave the Phillies an insurance run on their way to a 9-3 win.

Schwarber is just the 163rd MLB player all-time to reach 300 career home runs. He is padding his lead as the all-time leader in MLB home runs by a former IU baseball player. He passed Ted Kluszewski (279) for that crown in 2024.
The former IU All-American and first round MLB Draft pick is enjoying one of his better starts to a season over his 11-year career.
Schwarber came into Monday’s game hitting .257 with 15 home runs and 35 runs batted in. He enjoyed a 47-game on-base streak that was snapped last week. It was the Phillies’ fourth-longest streak since at least 1900. It was MLB’s longest streak since 2019.
