    Opening radio remark:

WOODSON:  I just didn’t think we had any juice starting out.  I mean we came out, we couldn’t score, they couldn’t score, it was back and forth the whole first half.  When I look at the stat sheet the difference is they made threes and we didn’t.  We had some good looks and we just didn’t knock them down and we’ve been shooting the three ball pretty well.

I just thought that our defense, us impacting the game from a defensive standpoint, even though scored 61 points, right where we’ve been holding teams, it just wasn’t good enough for me.

On guarding the perimeter and giving up threes

WOODSON:  That’s where the game was won for them.  They made two or three shots that were against the shot clock.  But still, we weren’t touching guys, we weren’t making them feel us like we’ve been in the past, and that’s kind of disappointing.

On whether the 10-day layoff was a factor

WOODSON:  No, we’ve been practicing and really preparing for this game and I thought we were ready to play.  But you’ve got to give them credit too.  Their defense was solid.  They packed it in and made us have to make shots from the perimeter and we’re going to have to make some shots from the perimeter.  Our 3-point shooting has been pretty good but tonight we just couldn’t make ’em.

    On the rebounding margin

WOODSON:  I point the finger right at Trayce.  Five rebounds in 34 minutes, that’s not good enough.  He’s got to rebound the basketball.  That’s his job.  His the biggest player we’ve got on our team.  He’s got to be a double-double guy and I’m going to make sure he knows that.
