The question was raised ad nauseum throughout the offseason:  Who is this year’s Indiana? Why not Indiana? For the second week in a row an Indiana football player can claim the Big Ten’s Offensive Player of the Week honor. This week IU’s Fernando Mendoza won the award after a clinical performance in a 63-10 win over Illinois.  He shares the award with Washington’s Demond Williams, Jr. Last week Mendoza’s top target Omar Cooper, Jr. won the award.
