Once an overlooked recruit, OG Anunoby has cashed in big-time. The Toronto Raptors forward has signed a four-year, $72 million contract, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting. The 23 year old Anunoby became a full-time starter during the 2019-20 season, averaging career-highs with 10.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.4 steals and .7 blocks in 29.9 minutes per contest. Anunoby also shot a career best 39 percent from behind the three-point line during the 2019-20 regular season. Anunoby was the 23rd pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. When Tom Allen hired offensive coordinator Kalen DeBoer in 2019, his offense needed a breath of fresh air, and he got it.
