They’ve done it again. The Indiana women’s basketball’s home game on Feb. 22 against Iowa is officially sold out, the program announced on Wednesday via release. It will be the second sellout in as many seasons. The Hoosiers sold out Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall against Purdue last February. Indiana isn’t finished pursuing talent for what has become a pretty impressive wide receiver room. According to a report by national 247Sport reporter Matt Zenitz, James Madison transfer wideout Elijah Sarratt will visit Indiana and South Carolina in the coming days. Sarratt was named first-team all-Sun Belt Conference after catching a team-high 82 passes for 1,191 yards and eight touchdowns as a sophomore in 2023, helping James Madison finish 11-2. He was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday afternoon. In total as of Tuesday morning Curt Cignetti’s Hoosiers have added 17 players from the transfer portal. They also have another 17 players from the high school ranks set to join the team in 2024.
