The 2025-26 IU women’s basketball regular season begins Tuesday when Indiana hosts Lipscomb for the first of a three-game homestand.
Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.

ABOUT THE BISON
Lipscomb is coming off a 20-12 campaign in 2024-25 with an appearance in the WNIT. They are projected to finish fourth in the ASUN this season withs senior guard Molly Heard earning a place on the All-ASUN preseason team. She returns as the team’s second- leading scorer from a season ago when she averaged 13.1 points per game. Also returning this season for the Bison are junior guard Elena Bertrand (5.3 ppg.) and senior guard Taylor Bowen (4.8 ppg.).

NOTES
- The Hoosiers completed a tune-up on Oct. 27 with a 100-32 win over Division II Missouri S&T in exhibition play. Senior guard Shay Ciezki led the way with 21 points, five rebounds and two steals. She was one of four double figure scorers as sophomore guard Valentyna Kadlecova added 13 points while redshirt sophomore guard Lenée Beaumont and freshman guard Maya Makalusky added 11 each.
- Ciezki returns as Indiana’s lone starter from a season ago who started in all 33 games. Her 11.8 points were third-best for the program as she also shot 46.3 percent from the floor. In her career, Ciezki has been steady at the line where she holds a career average of 87.6 percent.
- Head coach Teri Moren enters her 23rd season as a head coach and 12th overall with the Hoosiers. The all-time winningest coach in program history, Moren has won 20 or more games in 10 of her 11 seasons with the program, made seven NCAA Tournament appearances, is a two-time Big Ten Coach of the Year and 2023 AP Coach of the Year.
- Redshirt sophomore Lenée Beaumont is healthy once again after rehabbing a knee injury for the 2024-25 season. The Lisle, Ill. native showed promise as a freshman in 2023-24, appearing in 30 games and averaged 9.6 minutes per outing.
