Indiana has offered class of 2026 4-star wing Cole Cloer, he announced on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-7 Cloer attends Caldwell Academy in Hillsborough, N.C. He averaged 18.9 points with 7.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists as a high school junior. He shot 40.7% from three while leading his team to a state championship.
Based on the average of the national recruiting sites, Cloer is a 4-star prospect, the No. 30 overall player in the 2026 class, and the No. 13 small forward.
On film Cloer is a long wing who can spot up and make shots from anywhere on the floor. With a high release he doesn’t need much room to get his shot off. Cloer has good handles for a player his size and respectable athleticism.
For spring and summer basketball Cloer plays for Team CP3 on the Nike EYBL Circuit. This spring he is averaging 14.4 points and 4.7 rebounds while shooting 64.1% from two and 35.7% from three.
Cloer also has offers from several high majors including North Carolina, North Carolina State, Mississippi State, Ohio State, UConn, Providence, Virginia, Wake Forest, South Carolina, Tennessee, Iowa, Miami, Oklahoma State, Alabama, Louisville, Illinois and Georgetown.
