IU basketball recruiting: Hoosiers offer 2023 forward Arrinten Page

Indiana has clear frontcourt needs in 2023, and the Hoosiers took one step to address them when they offered class of 2023 forward Arrinten Page on Saturday.

The 6-foot-9 Atlanta, Ga. product (Wheeler H.S.) is playing this weekend at the USA Basketball men’s junior national team April mini-camp in New Orleans.

Page has offers from Radford, Georgia State, Kennesaw State, UAB, Wichita State and UCF in addition to IU.

He does not currently appear in the national rankings.

For spring and summer basketball, Page plays for The Skills Factory on the Nike EYBL circuit.  Indiana has just gotten the ball rolling, as he is expected to take on a national recruitment as the AAU season progresses.

Rivals’ national analyst Travis Graf wrote this about Page a couple days ago:

“Possibly nobody in the building boosted their stock more than TSF 2023 forward Arrinten Page. The 6-foot-9 forward showed off a versatile offensive skillset, which included some old school fade-away jumpers, jump hooks, a nice face-up game and a strong, confident stroke from the outside. Page might be one of the nation’s best-kept secrets in 2023 and don’t be surprised if he makes a debut in the next Rivals150.”

As with most recruiting targets in the Georgia area, IU assistant Yasir Rosemond is the lead for the Hoosiers.

Arrinten Page has made progress towards tapping into his immense potential this season. Gets off the floor with ease, protects the basket, showing some shooting ability too. Had close to a block triple-double last night. @arrintenp22 @tsfmack2023 @WheelerHoops @lthompson4lt pic.twitter.com/NLhxZeNiaB
