    Here we go again.

After an impressive December early signing period haul, the Indiana University football program is looking to put a bow on what appears on track to be their best recruiting class in the rankings service era.  The Hoosiers picked up 19 signed letters of intent in December.

Wednesday marks the traditional February national signing day, and it looks to be a hectic one for head coach Tom Allen and the Hoosiers as they close out their class of 2019.

After receiving the commitment of Pennsylvania offensive lineman Tim Weaver over the weekend, IU is down to four openings in this class.  Below are the key names to watch and if known, information on when and where they are planning to announce their college decision.

(Also see where IU stands in the national and Big Ten team rankings going into Wednesday here.)

    JOSH SANGUINETTI – SAFETY (3-Star)

As a top 500 player overall and a top 40 safety nationally, Sanguinetti is near the top of the 3-star rankings.  At 6-foot-2 with speed, the Fort Lauderdale, Florida native has the length and athleticism to protect the back side of the defense.

He’s the highest rated defensive back still on the board for IU and would be an intriguing prospect long term for the Hoosiers.  He took his final official visit to IU over the weekend and the Hoosiers may be in the drivers seat here.  Sanguinetti indicated that he will be committing and signing with a school on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Eastern.

KRISTIAN WILLIAMS – DEFENSIVE TACKLE (3-Star)

Williams decommitted from Minnesota on Monday and would be a major conference steal for Indiana.  He’s another player that sits at the very top of the 3-star rankings, in the top 400 overall nationally and a top 30 defensive tackle.

Allen and the IU staff have stayed on top of Williams, and the 6-foot-3 and 297 pound performer is from Memphis, a city where the Hoosiers have had recent recruiting success.  With his size and talent, Williams has the potential to crack the Hoosier rotation as a freshman in what is a position of need for IU.

Williams appears to be down to IU and Oregon and would be the headliner of the day if the Hoosiers can snag him, although the Ducks might be in the lead.

Williams is going to announce Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern at his high school.

LATRELL JEAN – DEFENSIVE LINE (3-Star)

Jean is another Florida talent that the Hoosiers have been watching closely.  Indiana is unlikely to take both Williams and Jean, but according to 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong, the Hoosiers are in a good position to get one or the other.

Jean was an integral part of a high school team in Lakeland that went 15-0 on their way to a state title.  He recorded 11 sacks this past season.

DAWAND JONES – OFFENSIVE TACKLE (3-Star)

It can be hard for someone 6-foot-8 and 360  pounds to “come out of nowhere,” but that is the story with Jones who hails from Indianapolis.  The highest ranked unsigned player in the state of Indiana, Jones had very little high major interest last year after only playing football for a few years.  Now he is down to a final five of USC, Florida, Penn State and Indiana.

Averaging 17.0 points and 9.3 rebounds per game, Jones is also a talented basketball player and he recently shared photos of him donning the IU basketball warm-ups.

Jones is going to announce his decision on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. at Ben Davis High School.

KAMAAR BELL – OFFENSIVE LINE (3-Star)

While the commitment of Weaver might have indicated where IU stands, the Hoosiers are after several other high level 3-Star offensive lineman in the 2019 class.

Bell is yet another player from the South that Indiana is competing for against big name programs including Auburn and Florida State.

Indiana got the final chance to make an impression with the Georgia native with an official visit this past weekend.

IRA HENRY – OFFENSIVE LINE (3-Star)

Henry is another offensive lineman that has Auburn and Florida State at the top, and he was also in Bloomington this weekend.

Most outlets are predicting the Missouri native will end up at FSU or Auburn, but the Hoosiers have been able to steal players away from the Seminoles recently.

Henry announces on Wednesday at 1:20 p.m. Eastern.

DANIELSON IKE – OFFENSIVE LINE (3-Star)

Ike took an official visit to IU in December.  The Missouri native is thought to favor Oklahoma and also has Missouri and Michigan in the mix.

Ike will announce at 2:00 p.m. Eastern at his high school.

TJ JONES – WIDE RECEIVER (3-Star)

Jones is down to a final three and will announce on Wednesday at 10:00 AM Eastern at his Lake City, Florida high school.  IU is keeping good company in this recruitment with Penn State and Texas A&M as the other finalists, with the Nittany Lions viewed as the favorite.

Jones has both shiftiness and high end speed that will make him a big play guy at the next level.

    JARED HOPPER – SAFETY (3-Star)

The California defensive back was in Bloomington a couple weeks ago and appears to be down to IU and Colorado.  The Hoosiers would like to land one safety in the class

    CECIL POWELL – SAFETY (3-Star)

Powell decommitted from Baylor recently.  The Florida native took an official visit to IU in mid-January.  He passed on an official visit to Oregon over the weekend and instead took an in home visit with NC State, likely signaling that he will end up with the Wolf Pack.

Powell announces Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Eastern.

Be sure to check back all day on Wednesday as we update you as announcements are made.
