Following a lopsided win over Kennesaw State, Indiana football is rising in the the polls.
The Hoosiers are up two spots in the Coaches Poll to No. 19. And they jumped up one place in the AP Poll to No. 22. This is the 14th consecutive AP Poll with Indiana in the top 25, extending the longest such streak in program history.
Four Big Ten teams rank in the top 10 of both polls: No. 1 Ohio State, No. 2 Penn State, No. 4/5 Oregon, and No. 9 Illinois. No. 23/22 Michigan also remains in the rankings after losing to No. 13/16 Oklahoma. IU faces the Fighting Illini in two weeks in Bloomington.
Indiana is back in action at Merchants Bank Field at Memorial Stadium on Friday, against FCS opponent Indiana State.
