    Here’s how IU football players performed and measured at the 2026 NFL Draft Combine

    A record nine players from IU football were invited to the NFL Draft Combine over the last week in Indianapolis.

    Only three of the nine participated in any testing, but they were all measured, interviewed with league personnel, and participated in on-field drills.

    These Indiana players are several others should be at the program’s on-campus Pro Day on April 1 for further testing and evaluation in front of NFL staff.

    Here’s how the players tested and measured at the combine:

    OMAR COOPER, JR.

    Cooper ran a 4.42 40-yard dash.  He also posted 1.55 second 10-yard split, and a 37-inch vertical.  His 40 time was tied for 17th-fastest among wide receivers among 34 who tested.

    • Arm:  30 1/4
    • Hand:  9 5/8
    • Wingspan:  75 1/4

    D’ANGELO PONDS

    Ponds only tested in the vertical jump and posted a 43.5, tied for the second-best vertical by all participants at this year’s combine and fourth-best by a cornerback in combine history.

    • Height: 5-8 5/8
    • Weight: 182
    • Arm: 29 3/8
    • Hand: 9 5/8
    • Wingspan:  72 1/4

    RILEY NOWAKOWSKI

    Nowakowski ran a 4.66 40-yard dash, which ranked 13th out of 18 tight ends.  He also posted a 1.7 second 10-yard split, a 33.5″ vertical, and 9’11” broad jump.

    • Weight:  250
    • Arm:  31 1/2
    • Hand:  8 3/4

    LOUIS MOORE

    Moore did not participate in any testing at the combine.  He will test at Indiana’s Pro Day on April 1.

    • Height:  5-11
    • Weight:  191
    • Arm:  29 1/2
    • Hand:  9 7/8

    AIDEN FISHER

    Fisher did not participate in any testing at the combine.  He will test at Indiana’s Pro Day on April 1.

    • Height:  6-1
    • Weight:  232
    • Arm:  31 1/8
    • Hand:  9 1/2

    PAT COOGAN

    Coogan did not participate in any testing at the combine.  He will test at Indiana’s Pro Day on April 1.

    • Height:  6-5
    • Weight:  311
    • Arm:  31 1/4
    • Hand:  9 1/4

    ELIJAH SARRATT

    Sarratt did not participate in any testing at the combine.  He will test at Indiana’s Pro Day on April 1.

    • Height:  6-2 1/2
    • Weight:  210
    • Arm:  31 1/4
    • Hand:  10
    • Wingspan:  75 5/8

    ROMAN HEMBY

    Hemby did not participate in any testing at the combine.  He will test at Indiana’s Pro Day on April 1.

    • Height:  6-0
    • Weight:  207

    • Hand:  9 1/2

    FERNANDO MENDOZA

    Mendoza did not participate in any testing at the combine.  He will test at Indiana’s Pro Day on April 1.
