FOX is opening the 2026 college football season at the home of the reigning national champs.
The network’s “Big Noon Kickoff” show will be in Bloomington for week one, Indiana’s Sept. 5 season opener against North Texas. Live coverage from Memorial Stadium will begin at 10 a.m. ET. The IU vs. North Texas game begins on FOX at Noon ET.
Under the direction of head coach Curt Cignetti, IU has become a regular host for the national pregame shows.
Indiana hosted Big Noon Kickoff ahead of its home game against UCLA in 2025, and two more times in 2024, against Nebraska and Michigan.
ESPN’s College Gameday came to Bloomington in 2024 for the IU game against Washington.
In an interesting coincidence, quarterback Tayven Jackson started for IU in that 2024 Washington game, and he’s the likely starter for North Texas on Sept. 5.
“Big Noon Kickoff” is a college football pregame show on FOX featuring analysts Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn and Dave Portnoy. Led by host Rob Stone, the group gives in-depth analysis on the biggest games of the day with special attention to the “Big Noon Saturday” contest on FOX.
