13 weeks of the 2020 NFL season are now complete for 13 former IU stars with teams in the league in some capacity. It is a Big Ten / ACC Challenge rematch as Indiana gets set to face its fourth consecutive high major non-conference opponent. Next up, defending ACC champion Florida State in Tallahassee. After taking down No. 16 Wisconsin on the road over the weekend, Indiana expected to be rewarded when the College Football Playoff rankings were released on Tuesday. COVID-19 is making one last run at the Big Ten football season. IU Athletics announced on Tuesday evening that its football program has paused all team-related activities due to an increase in COVID-19 cases within the program. In a release, the program indicated that no decision has been made on Saturday’s game against Purdue.  Earlier in the day, the Purdue football program canceled its Tuesday practice as it awaited the results of COVID-19 testing. A pair of top ten teams faced off over the weekend as 4A No. 1 Lawrence North took on Hammond at the Sneakers for Santa event in Brownsburg. IU basketball class of 2022 recruiting target C.J. Gunn (#4/white) led the way for Lawrence North with 19 points, six rebounds, three assists and three blocks.  Indiana offered Gunn a scholarship over the summer. Indiana head coach Archie Miller joined IU radio voice Don Fischer on the radio on Monday night for another episode of Inside IU Basketball. The pair took a look back at the Maui Invitational, what Indiana has been focused on over the last week, and previewed Florida State. The player guest in the final segment was sophomore guard Armaan Franklin.
