White is a 6-foot-1 and 170-pound sophomore point guard from Hackensack, N.J. Chalk this up as something to keep an eye on. Verbally pledged to Texas Tech, 5-star defensive tackle Jalen Brewster appears to be reopening his recruitment. The 6-foot-3 and 300-pound Brewster is the No. 1 overall player in the 2027 class according to Rivals. He’s the consensus No. 1 overall defensive lineman in the junior class. Brewster was asked by Rivals whether he was still solid with his verbal commitment to Texas Tech, and Brewster told that outlet he is not.
