IU head football coach Tom Allen spoke with Dave Revsine of the Big Ten Network on Thursday to discuss his being named the Big Ten Coach of the Year.
Both the coaches and media voted for Allen. He is just the second IU coach to win the honor, and the last since Bill Mallory in 1987.
Indiana is awaiting the Sunday announcement of the college football playoff and New Year’s Six invites.
