The Quarterbacks Speak: IU’s Contenders for Starting Job Discuss Spring Practice

One of the best quarterback competitions in the history of the Indiana football program is underway.

With the news yesterday that freshman Jack Tuttle will be eligible to play in 2019, a three-man battle is underway for the starting job this fall — and all three seem to have a legitimate chance to be the winner.

Tuttle, Michael Penix and Peyton Ramsey all spoke today in connection with spring practice.

Tuttle and Penix both have four years of eligibility remaining while Ramsey has two.
