A second college football transfer portal window is set to begin April 16-25, and that lines up with IU concluding spring practice April 17.
So a second wave of activity is coming.
Below we take a position-by-position look at which players are out of eligibility, who is eligible to return, transfers in and out, and freshmen in 2025. Scholarship players and notable walk-ons are included.
