It is a big week for Indiana as they travel to Chicago for the Big Ten Tournament. While the annual event has been no friend of IU since it began in 1998, it will be critical for the Hoosiers to pick up at least a win or two if they want to keep their NCAA Tournament hopes alive.
Indiana will take their 12-21 all-time record in the tournament to the United Center in Chicago’s near west side. While the games begin on Wednesday, the Hoosiers earned a first round bye and will tip-off on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Eastern against Ohio State.
With every team in the league ranked No. 78 or better according to KenPom, this promises to be one of the most competitive editions of the tournament ever.
