The buzz continues to surround the Indiana basketball program after Saturday’s electrifying finish in Indianapolis.

Below is more coverage with late game star Rob Phinisee, a fun moment in the post-game locker room, and the full game to rewatch at your leisure.

ROB PHINISEE JOINED ANDY KATZ TO DISCUSS THE GAME WINNING SHOT AND MORE

NCAA and BTN analyst Andy Katz was able to catch up with Rob Phinisee not long after his big game winner to discuss that moment and several other topics regarding this IU team.

Katz called Phinisee’s game-winner perhaps the “shot of the season” thus far in college basketball, and “one that will go down in Indiana history.”

IU LEGEND KEITH SMART ADDRESSES THE HOOSIERS IN THE LOCKER ROOM

Speaking of Indiana history, no shot at the end of the game was bigger in the history of the program than Keith Smart’s baseline jumper to win the national championship in 1987.

Smart was at the Butler game and he was given the opportunity to the address the team in the post-game locker room.

🗣 "Just to be back and watch you guys… all the memories come back. I am so proud to be rooting for you guys from a distance."
