According to the 247Sports Composite, Steinfeldt is a three-star recruit and the No. 39 ranked tight end in the class of 2021. He committed to IU in April.
The 6-foot-6 and 235 pound Steinfeldt has caught 25 passes for 459 yards and 3 touchdowns in seven games this season.
Bloomington North (4-4) travels to Evansville North for a Class 5A sectional playoff game on Friday night.
