    FOURTH QUARTER

    Indiana turned it over on downs again with a minute to go in the game.  Still 31-14 Rutgers.

    Indiana turns it over on downs.  10:54 left, Rutgers ball at their own 33.  It’s 31-14 Scarlet Knights.
