IU football has added a MAC opponent to the 2028 nonconference slate.
Indiana and Eastern Michigan announced on Wednesday afternoon that the teams will play in Bloomington on Sept. 9, 2028. The Hoosiers will also face Virginia as part of their 2028 schedule.
IU defeated EMU, 37-6, at Memorial Stadium on Sept. 29, 1990, in the only meeting between the two programs.
