Class of 2026 offensive lineman Ben Novak has flipped his commitment from Wisconsin to Indiana.
The 6-foot-7 and 300-pound Novak attends Andrean H.S. in Merrillville, Ind.
According to the industry averages, Novak is a 3-star, No. 931 overall in the 2026 class, and the No. 88 interior offensive lineman.
“Best in Indiana stay in Indiana,” Novak wrote on the Instagram post announcing the news.
Novak took multiple visits to Indiana over the last month.
“From the get go the decision was clear to me when I took my second visit there,” Novak told Steve Wiltfong of Rivals of his decision to flip to Indiana. “It was very professional. Everything was about maintaining the standard and keeping the standard and everyone knew their job. It became clear this was the spot for me.”
Novak originally picked Wisconsin in 2024 over IU, Kentucky and others.
IU now has 24 commits in its 2026 class including four offensive linemen.
