    EVANSTON, Ill. — Indiana is set to face Northwestern at Welsh Ryan Arena Wednesday evening.

    SECOND HALF

    Under-4 timeout:  It’s 70-56 Northwestern with 3:07 left.

    Timeout Indiana:  It’s 62-52 Northwestern with 5:42 left.  Wildcats have made 7-of-11 from three in the half.

    Under-8 timeout:  It’s 54-52 Northwestern with 7:57 left.  Indiana went on a 10-0 run during that stretch before five straight from Northwestern.

    Under-12 timeout:  It’s 47-42 Northwestern with 11:52 left.  Northwestern has outscored IU 22-11 since the break.

    Under-16 timeout:  It’s 39-37 Northwestern with 15:36 left.  Wildcats have made 6-of-8 shots to open the half.

    Under-4 timeout:  It’s 24-21 Northwestern.  The Wildcats have just one point in the last 4 and half minutes.

    Under-8 timeout:  It’s 23-17 Northwestern.  Indiana shooting 30% from the field with 6 turnovers. That’s .77 points per possession.  Oumar Ballo leads IU with 7 points.

    Under-12 timeout:  It’s 15-13 Northwestern.  Two fouls on Luke Goode. Oumar Ballo has made a couple nice passes out of the post for IU threes. Hoosiers are 2-5 from deep.

    • Starting lineup:  Myles Rice, Anthony Leal, Luke Goode, Mackenzie Mgbako and Oumar Ballo.
    • Mike Woodson said on his pregame radio spot Malik Reneau will play but he won’t start and his minutes are uncertain.
    • Malik Reneau and Bryson Tucker are both in uniform and should be available to play.  Reneau has a brace on his right knee.  Tucker’s right pinkie and ring fingers are taped together.
    • Trey Galloway’s right wrist is bandaged up to this thumb.  He does not appear to be bothered by the setup and has been consistently making shots during warmups.
    • Northwestern says the game is sold out.  There is typically a large contingent of IU fans at Welsh Ryan Arena.
