    The Daily Hoosier is live at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis for week three of IU football.

    FOURTH QUARTER

    FINAL: UL 21 – IU 14

    Louisville gets the first down they needed, and will take a knee to end the game.

    Indiana stopped at the 1. Louisville ball.

    Great drive culminating here for the Indiana offense. Tayven Jackson is taking form, and now has the Hoosiers 1st and goal.

    Another stop for the Indiana defense, and they will take over on their own 10.

    Indiana goes 3-and-out after some good pressure from the Louisville defense. James Evans’ punt falls for a fair catch at Louisville’s 42.

    Plummer got chased outside of the pocket and tried to get rid of the ball, which results in an intentional grounding. Hoosiers get the stop on 3rd down and will start their drive on their own 14 with 12:11 left in the game.

    THIRD QUARTER

    END OF THIRD QUARTER: UL 21 – IU 14

    TOUCHDOWN: Huge drive for the Hoosiers ends in a 2-yard run up the middle by Josh Henderson for the Indiana score. PAT is good. 55 seconds left in the third.

    INTERCEPTION: Ball was in the hands of Kevin Coleman Jr., but pops out for Phillip Dunnam to take. IU takes over deep at their own 3.

    Indiana goes for it on 4th and short, but the Louisville defense breaks up Jackson’s pass. Louisville takes over on their own 49.

    Louisville had another deep pass for a touchdown, but it’s called back for holding. Louisville will punt with 11:22 left in the third.

    TOUCHDOWN: Great start for Indiana coming out of the half. Tayven Jackson finds Jaylin Lucas up the middle  for a 30-yard touchdown. PAT is good. 13:42 left in the third.

    Wow. Onside kick try is successful for Indiana. IU takes over at their own 46.

    HALFTIME STATS

    SECOND QUARTER:

    HALFTIME: Louisville 21 – Indiana 0

    3-and-out for the Hoosiers. Louisville takes over on their own 18.

    TOUCHDOWN: Jawhar Jordan goes untouched as Louisville continue to have their way with Indiana. 1:51 left in the quarter.

    Another punt for Indiana, and James Evans limps off the field after some contact. Louisville takes over on their own 31.

    Max Longman goes down in pain after a bad snap. 2nd and 23 with 5:45 left in the half.

    TOUCHDOWN: Louisville puts together a great drive primarily off the back of RB Maurice Turner. 7:44 left in the half.

    Indiana can’t convert on third down which forces a punt. Louisville takes over on their own 22.

    FIRST QUARTER:

    End of first quarter, 7-0 in favor of Louisville. Total yards IU – 92, UL – 156.

    TOUCHDOWN: Jamari Thrash beats his man and Plummer finds him for the 85-yard score. PAT is good with 2:34 left in the quarter.

    INTERCEPTION: Jackson’s throw on 3rd down is a bit too high for DeQuece Carter, and it gets picked off by the Louisville safety. Plummer takes over on Louisville’s own 15.

    Louisville with a deep shot to get inside the 20, but defense holds on to force a field goal, which goes wide. Indiana gains possession on the 21.

    Indiana elects to run on 3rd down but get stopped near the line. James Evans’ punt goes inside the 10-yard line and Louisville will take over.

    Indiana receives the first half kickoff and we are underway in Lucas Oil Stadium. As expected, Tayven Jackson starts under center for the Hoosiers.

    Pregame:

    Christian Turner, Kobee Minor, and Matthew Bedford were all listed as questionable before today’s game, but all were dressed and participated in warmups. Nic Toomer was not seen warming up.
