New IU basketball guard Myles Rice was no typical freshman in 2023-24. After redshirting his first season at Washington State, he was diagnosed with cancer before his second.  He persevered through that adversity and was named the Pac-12 Conference Freshman of the Year last month. Watch as IU football running back Justice Ellison met with the media on Thursday. Ellison has one season of eligibility with the Hoosiers after playing four seasons with Wake Forest. This past season, Ellison finished as Wake Forest’s second-leading rusher with 548 yards on 120 carries with one touchdown. He also caught 10 passes for 61 yards. He performed better in 2022, when he earned third-team All-ACC honors and finished sixth in the conference with 707 rushing yards on 170 carries with six touchdowns. Watch as IU football wide receiver Myles Price met with the media on Thursday. Price spent his first four seasons with Texas Tech, catching 161 passes for 1,746 yards and 10 touchdowns. He has more than 2,300 career all-purpose yards.  If he had produced those numbers at Indiana he would be sixth all-time in receptions. Price was also the Red Raiders’ punt-return man. He averaged 21.8 yards on nine returns this past season. Indiana’s Mackenzie Holmes and Sara Scalia will participate in the 2024 Women’s College All-Star Game on April 6, joining other seniors from across the country in a nationally televised contest on ESPN2. The game will be held at 3:30 p.m. ET at the Wolstein Center on the campus of Cleveland State in downtown Cleveland. At linebacker for James Madison in 2023, Fisher had a team-best 108 tackles (51 solo) to go with 6.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one interception, seven pass breakups and one blocked punt. Indiana senior guard Sara Scalia has been selected to the Hanes Women’s 3-Point Championship roster for the 35th annual State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix on Thursday, April 4.
