Indiana had several strong individual performances and remained in the hunt for the national title at Thursday’s men’s swimming and diving NCAA Championships. Indiana got off to a good start at the NCAA men’s swimming and diving championships on Wednesday in Washington. The Hoosiers are considered to be legitimate contenders for the 2025 team national title. A former Hoosier is on the move. The Las Vegas Raiders have signed unrestricted free agent tight end Ian Thomas, the club announced Tuesday. Thomas joins the Raiders after spending the past seven seasons (2018-24) with the Carolina Panthers. He was originally selected by the club in the fourth round (101st overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft and has played in 99 career games with 54 starts, totaling 119 receptions for 1,062 yards (8.9 avg.) and four touchdowns.
