IU basketball moved up in both national polls released Monday. The Hoosiers (7-0) are No. 19 in the coaches poll, and No. 22 in the AP.  They open Big Ten play at unranked Minnesota on Wednesday. From the Big Ten, Purdue, Michigan, Michigan State and Illinois are all ranked above Indiana in both polls. The Hoosiers will face No. 6 Louisville on Saturday in Indianapolis, and they’ll travel the following Saturday to Rupp Arena to take on No. 18 Kentucky in Lexington. Two of the biggest names in basketball will pair up when IU travels to Kentucky on Dec. 13.…
