Whatever the future holds, the last two seasons of Indiana football will never be forgotten. The greatest two-year run in program history has been led by players who probably — but not definitively — will be playing their last home game at Indiana on Saturday. Indiana basketball continues to look the part of a completely overhauled program, running away from what should end up being a solid Milwaukee team. The Hoosiers pulled out to a 19-8 lead eight minutes into the game, and from there the margin ranged from 5 to 15 points as Milwaukee hung around in the first half.  The Panthers kept battling, and pulled to within nine — 53-44 with 17:22 left in the game.  But then IU pulled away for good.  The lead swelled to 19 with 10:23 left and kept growing from there to as much as a 33-point margin…

Indiana football is ranked No. 2 in the second release of the 2025 College Football Playoff rankings. The rankings determined by the CFP Committee were announced live on ESPN Tuesday evening. The latest version of the bracket has IU playing the winner of No. 10 Texas and No. 7 Ole Miss. No. 1 Ohio State and No. 8 Oregon join IU from the Big Ten in the projected 12-team CFP field. Indiana had to turn to their No. 3 left guard on the depth chart at Penn State as redshirt freshman Adedamola Ajani got his first career start. That move was a bit surprising after redshirt senior Zen Michalski filled in for injured starter Drew Evans at Maryland a week ago. On their plane Saturday afternoon and about to depart for Chicago, the IU basketball team suddenly faced a major dilemma. Indiana’s solid start to the 2025-26 season has opened some eyes. After receiving just one vote in the preseason AP top-25, the Hoosiers received 45 in the updated poll following the first week of college basketball.  IU is effectively No. 28 based on the results of this week’s voting. Under first year coach Darian DeVries, IU dominated their first two opponents.  They beat Alabama A&M 98-51 to start the season, and then took care of Marquette 100-77 in Chicago on Sunday. Indiana returns home for Senior Day on Saturday to face a program they seem to have replaced in the upper tier of the Big Ten. The No. 2 Hoosiers (10-0, 7-0) will face Wisconsin (3-6, 1-5) Saturday afternoon at Noon ET inside Memorial Stadium in Bloomington (BTN).
