Class of 2021 IU football commit Joshua Sales had a strong senior season at Brownsburg High School in the northwest Indianapolis suburbs. The 6-foot-6 and 305 pounds Sales allowed no sacks while compiling 74 knockdowns in 8 games played.  He was named first-team All-State by Max Preps. Sales is currently a three-star recruit, and the No. 727 overall player in the 2021 class according to the 247Sports Composite.  He the No. 58 offensive tackle according to that same service. Indiana head coach Archie Miller has been consistent since before the season started. Rebounding is a big area of concern. For a while on Wednesday night at Florida State, it looked like the concern had been addressed. With under a minute to go in regulation, Indiana held a 42-31 rebounding edge over the Seminoles. It has not been a good Wednesday for Indiana football fans. Just around an hour after learning that the Hoosiers were going to be bumped out of the Big Ten championship game it has been announced that the annual battle for the Old Oaken Bucket has been canceled. Indiana and Purdue made the announcement in a joint release. “Indiana and Purdue have mutually agreed to cancel Saturday’s scheduled football game at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington due to rising COVID-19 numbers at both schools,” the schools said in the release.
