The details of Indiana’s 2021-22 non-conference schedule continue to trickle out. According to public records obtained by D1 Docket, Indiana will host Northern Kentucky on Dec. 22 at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind. The report indicates IU will pay $85,000 to Northern Kentucky as part of the agreement. The game is the third confirmed non-conference opponent for Indiana out of 11 in total. IU will also host Merrimack, and face Notre Dame in Indianapolis. Additionally, the Hoosiers will play in the Big Ten – ACC Challenge, and could also face a Big East opponent in the Gavitt Games.…

The Big Ten Network released a video of each of Indiana’s 28 touchdowns from the 2020 season from multiple angles. The Hoosiers stormed through their Big Ten only schedule with a 6-1 regular season that included wins over Penn State, Michigan, Michigan State and Wisconsin. IU came up short in the Outback Bowl against Ole Miss. Stevie Scott led the way for IU with 10 touchdowns. Indiana wide receiver Camron Buckley met with the media this week to discuss his decision to transfer to IU from Texas A&M, and his thoughts on the upcoming season. Buckley missed the entire 2020 season due to injury. He suffered a season ending knee injury during fall camp in August, 2020, his final campaign at Texas A&M. He graduated with a university studies degree in Dec. 2020. Buckley caught 11 passes for 121 yards in 13 games in 2019.
