C.J. Gunn ended his high school basketball career in style. Although he has already started working out with the team in Bloomington, the IU basketball freshman had one more prep obligation representing his home state in the annual Indiana All-Stars series against Kentucky. Gunn followed a 20-point game on Friday in Kentucky with a 21-point performance at Southport Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Saturday. Five-star class of 2023 forward Xavier Booker plans to take an unofficial visit to Indiana next week, The Daily Hoosier can confirm. Booker previously took a junior year official visit to IU in October and returned for a gameday visit in February. The news of the June visit was first reported by recruiting sites 247Sports and Rivals. The Indianapolis Colts signed offensive tackle and former IU football star Jason Spriggs, the team announced Friday. The move comes after the conclusion of the Colts minicamp this week. The 6-foot-6 and 301-pound Spriggs was a second-round pick (48th overall) with the Green Bay Packers during the 2016 NFL Draft where he spent four seasons.
