The Branch McCracken Court inside Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall will have a fresh new look in 2025-26.
On Wednesday Indiana Athletics posted a video providing a quick peek inside the venerable structure following a refinishing of the hardwood.
The main thing that stands out is it appears the yellow/orange tint on the court was replaced with a more modern neutral look.
You can see that difference when comparing the top photo from the last game played in the building in March, and the bottom, from Indiana’s video released on Wednesday.

The other noticeable changes are the circle at halfcourt is no longer visible through the state of Indiana, and the blocks have been painted red rather than white.
