    Halftime Stats

Halftime stats from Columbus. Obviously not pretty for Indiana, but Ohio State is really good and significantly better. Felt embarrassing early on, but IU's showed some life since Williams came in. They *have* to get better on third downs, though. #iufb pic.twitter.com/oRWwG9E6YC

    SECOND QUARTER

HALFTIME: Ohio State 28, Indiana 7

A pair of sacks push IU out of field goal range.

Dexter Williams leads IU’s two-minute offense down the field. The Hoosiers have the ball at the OSU 29 with just under 30 seconds to play in the first half.

Indiana’s Dasan McCullough picks up a stop on 4th and 1. Hoosiers take over at their own 18.

Ohio State running back Miyan Williams is off the field with an injury. Williams is starting in place of TreVeyon Henderson today.

Dexter Williams could not find a complete pass on Indiana’s most recent drive, but threw a pair of relatively impressive incompletions, including a perfectly-placed deep ball to Donaven McCulley, broken up by an OSU defender.

TOUCHDOWN OHIO STATE: Miyan Williams breaks free for a a 48-yard touchdown run. A three-play, 57-yard scoring drive. Ohio State leads 28-7.

IU goes three-and-out on its first drive of the second quarter. Buckeyes are set up with the ball on their own 43.

Dexter Williams is in at quarterback for IU. Williams picked up a 16-yard first-down run and found Andison Coby for a 49-yard gain through the air.

TOUCHDOWN OHIO STATE: Marvin Harrison Jr. scores on the first play of the drive, a 58-yard reception. A one-play, 58-yard drive. Ohio State leads 21-0.

After three drives, Indiana’s offense has a net total of 15 yards and no first downs.

True freshman and Ohio native Carter Smith is in at right tackle for the Hoosiers.

OHIO STATE TOUCHDOWN: Running back Dallan Hayden goes untouched for a 14-yard touchdown. An 8-play, 78-yard scoring drive. Ohio State leads 14-0.

OHIO STATE TOUCHDOWN: C.J. Stroud finds Emeka Egbuka on 3rd and Goal for a 6-yard touchdown pass. A 6-play, 65-yard drive. Ohio State leads 7-0.

IU and Ohio State trade three-and-outs and punts to open the game. It looked like an OSU player may have touched James Evans’ punt as it rolled, but a Buckeye jumped on the ball before any IU players could get to it.

Indiana has won the coin toss and will defer. Ohio State will have the ball to open today’s contest.
