Indiana is in the mix for one of the top class of 2025 wings.

Florida-based small forward Jamier Jones announced an offer from Indiana on his Twitter page on Sunday evening.

The 6-foot-6, and 200-pound Jones attends Oak Ridge H.S. in Sarasota, Fla.  He transferred back to that school from IMG Academy, also in Florida.  For AAU basketball, Jones plays for the 16u Florida Rebels on the Nike EYBL Circuit.

During the 2021-2022 season, he averaged 20.1 points per game and added 5.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.6 blocks in 26 games played.  He dealt with some injuries and did not have a significant role as a sophomore at IMG.  He averaged 5.2 points per game in nine NIBC contests.

On film, Jones is a well built and physical wing who is an athletic finisher and shows some ability to make perimeter shots.

According to the On3 Industry Average, Jones is a 4-star, the No. 13 overall player in the class of 2025, and the No. 2 small forward.

Joining IU with offers so far are Houston, Kansas, Texas A&M, Kansas State, Illinois, Missouri, South Florida, Ole Miss and Providence.

Dominant athleticism, a very quick jumper, shifty scoring ability, and acrobatic finishing around & through traffic. Easily a top 10 recruit for 2025 pic.twitter.com/iRnZ8xPc1e
