The Big Ten announced its 2026 football schedule Tuesday evening on Big Ten Network.
Here is Indiana’s full schedule for conference play next year, as Curt Cignetti’s team defends its national championship.
- Sept. 26: vs. Northwestern (home)
- Oct. 3: at Rutgers (away)
- Oct. 10: at Nebraska (away)
- Oct. 17: vs. Ohio State (home)
- Oct. 24: at Michigan (away)
- Oct. 31: vs. Minnesota (home)
- Nov. 7: BYE
- Nov. 14: vs. USC (home)
- Nov. 21: at Washington (away)
- Nov. 28: vs. Purdue (home)

IU’s big matchup against Ohio State at Memorial Stadium was previously announced for October 17, in a Big Ten Championship Game rematch.
Indiana’s non-conference schedule was already finalized: North Texas on Sept. 5, Howard on Sept. 12, and Western Kentucky on Sept. 19. Kickoff times will not be announced until the season gets closer.
