The season as a whole was a dud, but like any football campaign, Indiana’s 2021 season still had plenty of highlights. 2025 guard Jalen Haralson is one of the top national prospects in the rising sophomore class. Below you can watch an extensive highlight reel from his summer AAU action with the Indy Heat and Fishers H.S. Although he just turned 15 in April, the 6-foot-6 Haralson is a physical and athletic primary ball handler with elite court vision. The Big Ten Network is releasing condensed 10 to 15 minute cuts of Big Ten basketball games from the 2021-22 season, and we will share some of the more Indiana memorable wins. Next up was a victory of Notre Dame at the final Crossroads Classic in Indianapolis, and this particular version is a full length cut with all the commercials and stopped clocks eliminated. The Hoosiers held Notre Dame to 36 percent shooting from the field and forced 14 Irish turnovers. Notre Dame was only able to generate five assists on the afternoon, and they were just 4-of-22 on 3-pointers.…

What’s in your wallet? From now on, make sure it contains a means other than cash to buy concessions, tickets and merchandise when you venture to IU sporting events in Bloomington. IU Athletics announced today that it has completed its transition to cashless payments for all purchases at all IU athletic venues and shops, effective immediately. According to the school, the move to cashless is designed to “improve the pre-game and gameday experiences for all Hoosier fans by reducing the amount of time that fans are waiting in lines, be it at a ticket window, concessions area, or merchandise stores/stands.”…

Former Indiana football linebacker Thomas Allen and women’s basketball guard Ali Patberg were tabbed by the Big Ten Conference as Indiana’s honorees for the Outstanding Sportsmanship Award for the 2021-22 academic year, IU and the Big Ten announced in a release on Tuesday. Allen appeared in eight games during the 2021 season before suffering a season-ending injury. He was named the program’s Ted Verlihay “Mental Attitude” Award. Over his four seasons, he appeared in 32 games with 56 career tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss. He made an immediate impact with 28 stops, 3.0 tackles for loss and one sack…

Watch as IU basketball freshman Kaleb Banks took questions from the media on Thursday afternoon via Zoom. The 6-foot-7 Banks averaged 23.0 points, 10.0 boards and 1.4 steals per game during his senior season of high school. He secured over 2,000 career points and was named the Georgia Class 4A Player of the Year. A 4-star recruit, Banks was ranked No. 77 according to 247Sports.
