What does a shooting workout look like for a high major college basketball player?
Watch below as IU transfer guard Darren Harris goes through an extensive training regime. You can see Harris getting in extensive work on shooting off cuts and catch-and-shoot opportunities.
The 6-foot-5 and 195-pound Harris is from Herndon, Va.
Harris played in 36 games for Duke as a sophomore in 2025-26, all off the bench. He scored 3.3 points per game and added .8 rebounds and .4 assists in 9.6 minutes. Harris shot 36.3% overall including 33.3% from three on 69 attempts. He shot 76.9% at the free throw line.
