It was a reunion and a look into the future on Saturday in Atlanta.
IU basketball class of 2023 point guard commit Gabe Cupps joined up for the weekend with his former AAU teammate Bronny James, son of LeBron.
Playing for LeBron’s Strive for Greatness team, Cupps and Bronny went up against the UAA sponsored Atlanta Express, featuring 2023 IU combo guard commit Jakai Newton.
IU class of 2023 shooting guard prospect Brady Dunlap also played in the game for Strive for Greatness. He had 25 points in the game.
Newton is No. 1 in blue, and Cupps (No. 12), Dunlap (No. 1) and James (No. 11) are in white.
