    Hoosiers in the NBA — 2017-18 Year to Date Stats Through February

    Below is our monthly summary of former Indiana University men’s basketball players registering statistics in the NBA during the 2017-18 season.  All statistics are season to date and through February 28, 2018:

    OG Anunoby – Toronto

    Anunoby continues to start for one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference as he has built a reputation as a solid defender.  He’s dealing with a minor ankle sprain at the moment.

    Points – 5.9
    Rebounds – 2.4
    Assists – .8
    Blocks – .2
    Steals – .8
    FG% – .453
    3FG% – .353
    FT% – .686

    Thomas Bryant – Los Angeles

    Bryant has been back and forth between the Lakers and the G-League.  His last appearance in a Laker game was Friday, February 23 against Dallas.

    Games/Games Started – 8/0
    Points – 1.4
    Rebounds – .8
    Assists – .3
    Blocks – 0
    Steals – 0
    FG% – .333
    3FG% – .200
    FT% – .667

    Yogi Ferrell – Dallas

    Ferrell continues to get big minutes and play an important role for the Mavericks.  He has had games this year where he led the team in minutes despite coming off the bench.

    Games/Games Started – 62/17
    Points – 10.2
    Rebounds – 3.3 (career high)
    Assists – 2.2
    Blocks – .1
    Steals – .8
    FG% – .431 (career high)
    3FG% – .389 (career high)
    FT% – .812

    Eric Gordon – Houston

    Gordon is playing 32 minutes per game and has his highest points per game average since 2011-12 for an elite Rockets team.  He participated in the NBA’s 3-point contest in February.

    Rebounds – 2.3
    Assists – 2.3
    Blocks – .4
    Steals – .6

    Victor Oladipo – Indiana

    Oladipo played in the NBA all-star game, participated in the NBA dunk contest and currently has Indiana solidly in the NBA playoff race.  He now leads the NBA in steals per game.

    Points – 24.1 (career high)
    Rebounds – 5.3 (career high)
    Assists – 4.2 (career high)
    Blocks – .8 (career high)
    Steals – 2.2 (LEADS NBA, career high)
    FG% – .480 (career high)
    3FG% – .370 (career high)
    FT% – .808

    Noah Vonleh – Chicago

    Vonleh was traded to the Bulls in February.  His minutes off the bench thus far with Chicago (13 per game) are slightly lower than his average with Portland.

    Points – 3.8
    Rebounds – 5.1
    Assists – .4 (career high)
    Blocks – .3
    Steals – .3
    FG% – .504 (career high)
    3FG% – .385 (career high)
    FT% – .703

    Troy Williams – New York

    Williams was released by the Rockets and picked up by the Knicks in February.  He has appeared in 3 games thus far with New York and he averaged 7 points in those game while shooting 60% from the field.

    Points – 3.7
    Rebounds – 1.9
    Assists – .1
    Blocks – .1
    Steals – .6
    FG% – .458 (career high)
    3FG% – .000
    FT% – .571

    Cody Zeller – Charlotte

    Zeller has returned from knee surgery and appeared in 11 games during the month of February.

    Points – 6.9
    Rebounds – 5.4
    Assists – 1.0
    Blocks – .7
    Steals – .4
    FG% – .517
    3FG% – .667
    FT% – .709
