A record-setting nine former IU football players are set to compete at the 2026 NFL Draft Combine in Indianapolis this week.

The on field action begins Thursday inside Lucas Oil Stadium.

Here is the drill schedule for the IU players at the combine:

    • Thursday, Feb. 26:  Aiden Fisher (Linebackers/DL)
    • Friday, Feb. 27:  D’Angelo Ponds, Louis Moore, and Riley Nowakowski (DBs/Tight Ends)
    • Saturday, Feb. 28: Fernando Mendoza, Omar Cooper Jr., Elijah Sarratt, and Roman Hemby (QBs/WRs/RBs)
    • Sunday, March 1: Pat Coogan (Offensive Line)
Drills begin at 3 p.m. on Feb. 26-27, and at 1 p.m. on Feb. 28 and March 1.
Players can choose which activities they participate in.  Some of the most notable include the 40-yard dash, bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, three-cone drill, 20-yard shuttle, and 60-yard shuttle.  Additionally, there are position-specific drills players will participate in.
Fernando Mendoza will not throw at the event, but he will throw at Indiana’s own Pro Day in Bloomington.

Live coverage of the NFL Scouting Combine begins at 3 p.m. ET on Thursday, Feb. 26 and lasts until 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, March 1.

The combine drills, press conferences, and on-field analysis will be available on NFL Network.  You can stream content from the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine on NFL+, including coverage of drills, live press conferences, insider analysis and breakdowns of on-field drills on your connected TV and mobile device.

Fans who would like to attend the NFL Scouting Combine February 26—March 1, 2026 at Lucas Oil Stadium should visit NFL.com/Combine and register for the NFL OnePass app for their FREE tickets or visit NFL.com/combineaccess.

The NFL invited a total of 319 prospects to attend this year’s event. The full list of invitees can be found here.
