    SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Indiana and Notre Dame are set to meet in the first round of the College Football Playoff.

    Indiana (11-1) and Notre Dame (11-1) kick at around 8:10 p.m. ET (ABC/ESPN).

    FOURTH QUARTER

    TOUCHDOWN INDIANA:  Rourke 23 yard pass to Cooper.  Two point conversion failed.  It’s 27-17 Notre Dame with :25 left.

    Indiana recovers onside kick.

    TOUCHDOWN INDIANA:  Price seven yard pass from Rourke.  Two point conversion is good.  27-11 Notre Dame with 1:27 left.

    TOUCHDOWN NOTRE DAME: Leonard one yard run.  It’s 27-3 Notre Dame.

    BLOCKED FIELD GOAL:  James Carpenter blocks a Notre Dame field goal.  IU ball at their own 41.  It’s 20-3 Irish with 12:12 left in the game.

    Notre Dame will open the fourth quarter with the ball at the IU 39, 2nd and 14.  It’s 20-3 Notre Dame leads Indiana.

    THIRD QUARTER

    FIELD GOAL NOTRE DAME:  Jeter is good from 33 yards.  11 play, 28 yard drive.  It’s 20-3 Notre Dame with 4:21 left in the third.

    Indiana forces a punt.  1st and 10 at their own 12 with 13:15 left in the third.  It’s 17-3 Notre Dame.

    Notre Dame returns the opening kickoff 48 yards to the IU 47.

    FIELD GOAL NOTRE DAME:  Jeter 49 yard kick.  12 plays 52 yards.  It’s 17-3 Notre Dame with :07 left.

    Notre Dame ball 3rd and 6 at their own 21 with 2:00 left in the first.  ND leads 14-3.

    FIELD GOAL INDIANA:  Radicic is good from 39 yards.  Indiana goes 9 plays and 48 yards.  It’s 14-3 Notre Dame wiht 3:26 left before halftime.

    Indiana has had four drives: 3 punts and an INT. Hoosiers with 94 yards and 5 first downs.  It’s ND ball at their own 22.  14-0 Irish, 9:30 left in the half.

    TOUCHDOWN NOTRE DAME:  Thomas 5-yard pass from Leonard.  16 play, 83 yard drive.  Notre Dame 14, Indiana 0.  12:52 left in the half.

    FIRST QUARTER

    The first quarter comes to an end with ND at the IU 14, 2nd and 8.  The Irish lead 7-0.

    TOUCHDOWN NOTRE DAME:  Jeremiyah Love 98 yard run.  1 play, 98 yards. It’s 7-0 Notre Dame, 10:57 left in the first.

    INTERCEPTION NOTRE DAME:  Rourke is intercepted at the ND 2.

    INTERCEPTION INDIANA:  Ponds with pick.  IU ball at the ND 41.

    Indiana goes 3-and-out on their first drive.  ND ball at their own 41, 1st down.

    Notre Dame won the toss and will defer.  Indiana will start the game with the football.

    PREGAME NOTES

    It’s 28 degrees at kickoff.  Wind chill is 19.

    The wind is expected to calm over the course of the game. The flags on the goalposts are occasionally waving, but nothing that will impact the passing game.  Winds are 9 mph at kickoff.

    Definitely a lot of red in the stands.

    Only two players appear on Indiana’s pregame injury report:  Quarterback Tyler Cherry and DL Ta’Derious Collins.  Notre Dame does not have to post an injury report.
