Another winning weekend means the Hoosiers are once again moving up in the national polls.

Indiana is now No. 6 in the new coaches poll released early Sunday afternoon, a four spot improvement from last week.  IU is one of four Big Ten teams in the top six.  Oregon is No. 1, followed by Ohio State (2), Penn State (5) and Indiana (6).

This follows a 20-15 win over Michigan Saturday, and the first 10 win season in program history.

In the new AP Poll released later in the afternoon, IU moved up one spot to No. 5.  They trail just Oregon, Ohio State, Texas and Penn State in that poll.

Indiana is approaching some of their best rankings of all-time  They were ranked as high as No. 7 in the 2020 AP Poll.  They were No. 4 in both 1967 and 1945, the two years previously thought to be their best ever.

Indiana (10-0, 7-0) have the week off before facing Ohio State on Nov. 23.

The College Football Playoff ranking will be updated on Tuesday.
