Indiana redshirt sophomore forward Jerome Hunter is not in uniform for pregame warm-ups for Tuesday night’s game against Illinois. IU Athletics released the following on Hunter’s status:
“Sophomore forward Jerome Hunter will not suit up tonight against Illinois (Coach’s Decision).”
A source told The Daily Hoosier that Hunter practiced with the team earlier in the day on Tuesday. The reserve forward has appeared in all 16 games and is averaging 5.3 points and 2.8 rebounds in 17.5 minutes per contest.
Indiana and Illinois tip at 9 p.m. ET in Bloomington. The game will be televised on ESPN.
