The three Indiana quarterbacks competing for the starting job on opening day sat side-by-side and met with the media on Thursday.
Senior graduate transfer Brandon Dawkins, Sophomore Peyton Ramsey and Freshman Michael Penix will officially commence one of the more interesting quarterback competitions in recent Indiana history tomorrow when IU’s fall camp opens.
According to head coach Tom Allen, the competition is wide open at this point, and each player will have ample opportunity to earn the starting job on September 1 at Florida International.
