The Rivals recruiting service has updated its class of 2019 college basketball recruiting player rankings today.

The top overall ranked Indiana target is Hopkins, Minnesota native Matthew Hurt in 5th place nationally.  La Lumiere’s Isaiah Stewart comes in right behind him in 6th place.

D.J. Carton, who completed an official visit to Indiana this past weekend, was the only Hoosier target to move up to five-star status.  The Bettendorf, Iowa point guard moved up 13 positions.

Brandon Newman only moved up one spot in this update, but he has moved up more than 50 spots in the rankings since the last full update in the spring.

Others with big moves up include Rocket Watts, Anthony Harris and Zeke Nnaji.
