Indiana head coach Archie Miller just doubled down on the “inside out” in-state recruiting initiative.

After spending much of the weekend watching them play in Dallas, Miller has offered 2020 four-star shooting guards Anthony Leal and Trey Galloway today during in-home visits.

Leal hails from Bloomington, Ind., while Galloway attends Culver Academies in Culver, Ind.

The Galloway offer was first announced today by 247Sports ($).

Leal announced his offer via Twitter this evening:

Leal and Galloway are teammates on the Indiana Elite AAU squad that competes on the Adidas Gauntlet circuit.  Indiana coaches watched the duo all weekend in connection with an event in Dallas.

According to the 247Sports Composite, Leal is the No. 81 player in the country and the top player in the state.  Galloway comes in at No. 209 and No. 5 respectively, according to that same service.

Both players are 6-foot-5 shooting guards.

As a junior at Bloomington South, Leal averaged 19.9 points per game and led a talented squad to the 4A regional final where the Panthers came up short against Trayce Jackson-Davis led Center Grove.

Leal made 55% of his shots on the 2018-19 season including 38% from long range.  He added 4.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.1 steals per contest.

Galloway averaged 16.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest for his junior season.  His Culver team won the Class 3A state championship in 2018 and they were the 3A state runner-up in 2019.

On the 2019 Adidas Gauntlet, Leal is averaging 13.7 points, 4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while Galloway is averaging 19.5 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists per contest.

Below is video of a 38 point performance by Leal during his junior season.

Galloway is No. 32 in the following video, going head-to-head against IU signee Armaan Franklin (No. 2 in white)

Indiana also offered 2020 forward Matt Cross over the weekend.
